Nomination-Based ISC Awards

These awards are based on an individual’s entire body of work and require supporting documentation, including letters of support. Select an award name in the navigation for detailed eligibility requirements and submission instructions.

Deadlines

To be eligible for ISC 2027 Nomination Awards, the following deadlines apply:

Wednesday, August 5, 2026:
- Nomination materials and support letters must be submitted by email.
- Late submissions will not be considered, and hard-copy materials will not be accepted.
Friday, August 28, 2026, 6 p.m. (CDT):
- Deadline to apply for the Stroke Council Mid-Career Achievement Award through the Council Awards Application System.
