ISC Nomination Awards

Applications for these ISC awards are by nomination only. An applicant must be nominated by a Stroke Council member and meet the applicable criteria.

These awards are based on a person’s entire body of work and requires supporting documentation including letters of support. Please select an award name in the navigation to see the detailed information.

DEADLINE:
Nomination materials must be sent via e-mail no later than Wednesday, August 7, 2024. Nominations and/or support letters arriving after this date cannot be considered and hard copies of the materials will not be accepted.
