Combined Adult/Pediatric Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy Calculator for Risk of Sudden Cardiac Death

This risk calculator tool provides an estimated risk of Sudden Cardiac Death (SCD) at 5-years using one or more validated models in adults and children. Inclusion of the Class of Recommendation for implantable cardioverter defibrillator (ICD) placement is based on the patient risk factor profile described in the 2024 AHA/ACC/AMSSM/HRS/PACES/SCMR Guideline for the Management of Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy.
