How do I renew my partner status?

  • Renew online at Professional Heart Daily
    • Login with your Username and Password
    • Click on your name and the View Dashboard button at the top right corner of page
    • From the Dashboard, click ‘Account Summary’ link on left hand side of page
    • The renew button will be visible during the renewal period

What if I have trouble logging in?

  • If you do not remember your password please click on the forgot password link
  • If you do not receive an email with a link to reset your password:
    • Check your spam or junk folder
    • Add sso.email@heart.org as an approved contact then click on the forgot password link again. If this is a workplace computer, your IT department may have to add the contact
  • The Professional Heart Daily website requires cookies to be enabled. Please adjust your browser settings if you have disabled your cookies. Find instructions on how to enable your cookies
  • Add AHA’s single sign-on site to “Trusted Sites” by following these steps:
    • While in Internet Explorer version 9 or above, go to Tools

How do I subscribe to or renew my subscription to an AHA print journal?

Partners: AHA Partners may be eligible for significant discounts on the print editions of our scientific journals, including Circulation, based on their partner level. You may view partner levels and benefits by visiting the Professional Partners page on Professional Heart Daily.

  • Existing AHA partners may purchase a print journal subscription when they renew their partner status on Professional Heart Daily. They may also add a paid print subscription to their active partner account using the following steps:
    • Login with your Username and Password
    • Click Dashboard button at the top right corner of page
    • From the Dashboard, click the ‘Account Summary’ link on left hand side of page.
    • Click on the button to add journals.

    Partners: American Heart Association partners have access to online journals based on their partner level. You may view information about partner benefits by visiting the Professional Partners page.

    You may access the online Journals through Professional Heart Daily.

    Non-partners:

    • You may become an AHA partner by visiting Professional Partners on Professional Heart Daily.
    • You may subscribe to print and online AHA Journals at www.ahajournals.org or by calling LWW Customer Support during regular business hours 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (ET) at (800)-638-3030 ((301) 223-2300 outside the U.S. and Canada.) For non-partners, access to the online journals is provided via www.ahajournals.org

    How do I update my shipping address for my journals?

    You may update your profile information by visiting Professional Heart Daily 

    • Login with your Username and Password
    • Click Dashboard button at the top right corner of page
    • From the Dashboard, click the ‘Profile Update’ link on left hand side of page
    • Update the shipping address
    • Click submit

    How do I register for the International Stroke Conference?

    • You may view registration dates and register to attend the International Stroke Conference at Professional Heart Daily.
      • Login with your Username and Password
      • Click on the register now button (The link appears only when registration is open)
    • Contact the registration desk (Convention Data Services)

    How do I obtain CME credits for Scientific Sessions or the International Stroke Conference?

    • Log into learn.heart.org
    • If you don't remember your login information, use the forgot password link
    • Go to Activities In Progress. Click the activity name to begin
    • Review the Activity Overview, scroll to bottom and click Continue. You may need to confirm that you've read the information
    • Launch the required course evaluation. Once complete, click Continue
    • Claim your education credit/s by clicking the Claim button for the appropriate accreditation
    • Click Continue to generate your certificate. Then click the certificate link to print or save it
    • The activity is now stored under Completed Activities 

    Important: ACCME and ANCC credit must be claimed within 6 months of attendance. CME/CE credit will no longer be available to claim for this activity after six months of attending.

    ACPE Credit must be claimed within 30 days of participation. ACPE credit will no longer be available to claim after the 30-day claiming period has elapsed.

    How do I access my transcript and/or certificates?

    • To access a record of your completed educational activities, log onto your account at learn.heart.org and click on Completed Activities from the left-hand navigation menu. This will take you to a list of completed courses.
    • To get a transcript report, click on the Print Report link in the top right-hand corner.
    • To access earned certificates, click on each course link, then click on the Certificate tab, and then click on the certificate link listed under the course navigation bar.
