STEP-HFpEF - Once-weekly semaglutide in people with HFpEF and obesity
Circulation Editor-in-Chief Nancy Sweitzer, MD interview investigator Mikhail Kosiborod, MD about the results of STEP HFpEF, which found that weekly administration of 2.4 mg semaglutide resulted in more pronounced decreases in HF–related symptoms and physical constraints, along with a higher level of weight loss compared to the placebo over the course of 52 weeks.
COP-AF - Colchicine for the prevention of perioperative atrial fibrillation after major thoracic surgery
