Public Comment for 2025 AHA/ACC Clinical Performance and Quality Measures for Patients With Chronic Coronary Disease

We would like to invite you to participate in the review of the draft version of the 2025 AHA/ACC Clinical Performance and Quality Measures for Patients With Chronic Coronary Disease. This document aims to present new measures to evaluate the care of patients with chronic coronary disease (CCD) in accordance with the 2023 AHA/ACC/ACCP/ASPC/NLA/PCNA Guideline for the Management of Patients With Chronic Coronary Disease. This document also helps accomplish ACC and AHA's mission of fostering optimal cardiovascular care and disease prevention, and the AHA’s mission of being a relentless force for a world of longer, healthier lives.
