Other Professional Letter and Biographical Sketch

An "Other Professional" is an individual who may hold a doctoral, masters or baccalaureate degree or its equivalent and who is considered a professional. Examples of persons included in this category are analysts, bio-statisticians, computer programmers, veterinarians, nurse coordinators, epidemiologists, etc.

An Other Professional identified in an application will need to provide a letter outlining their role to be fulfilled on the proposal and a current NIH biosketch. If you do not have an NIH biosketch, please request a template by email to [email protected] or refer to the NIH's web site.
