2024 Membership User Testing - Members
We’re currently working on redesigning the American Heart Association (AHA) membership pages on Professional Heart Daily (PHD), and we would greatly appreciate your input. Your perspective is invaluable to us, and we invite you to participate in our study.
Study Details
- What: Redesign of AHA membership pages
- Timeframe: Approximately 20–30 minutes, at a time of your choosing before December 6, 2024
- How: We will collect your feedback online using the UserTesting platform. You’ll navigate through specific webpages, and we’ll capture your verbal commentary and insights.

Your comments will directly influence the development and enhancement of the PHD website, ensuring it meets the needs and expectations of users like yourself. This is an excellent opportunity to share your thoughts and make a meaningful contribution to our work.
How to Proceed
- Find a quiet, distraction-free space where you can focus for at least 30 minutes.
- Click on this link to access the Membership Tiers test
- Follow the on-screen instructions. You’ll be asked to provide your email address for validation (which will not be shared or used for marketing purposes). Additionally, you’ll need to install a plug-in specifically for this study, which you can uninstall once the study is complete.
- As you perform the tasks, please remember that we’ll record your actions and verbal feedback. Ensure your sound settings are adjusted and speak clearly throughout.
- While we recommend answering all questions in one go, feel free to take your time.
Prize Drawing
Participate in our user testing study related to the Professional Membership pages on the American Heart Association’s Professional Heart Daily website and get a chance to enter a drawing with an opportunity to win up to $150 credit towards either AHA Professional Membership or registration to one of AHA’s scientific conferences. The first 20 completed studies will be entered into a drawing for this fantastic prize!
