  1. Login to your account:
    1. Go to AHA's Education Heart Professional Education Hub.
    2. Enter your username and password and Sign In.
    3. Click My Library
    4. Select the International Stroke Conference 2024 activity.

  2. Claim Credit:
    1. Complete the conference evaluation survey.
    2. Click Claim CE.
    3. Complete information and Save.
    4. Your certificate is located in 'My Account' under 'CE Details.'

  • CE Credit for ISC 2024 cannot be claimed after August 9, 2024, and participants are strongly encouraged to claim CE credit within 30 days of the live event.
