If you did not claim your CME/CE credit onsite at the conference and would like to do so now, log on to the Lifelong Learning Center, select the appropriate course, complete the evaluation form and then print out your CME/CE certificate. (Download complete instructions here.)

CME/CE Disclosure

All persons who develop and/or control educational content in CME/CE activities sponsored by the American Heart Association will disclose to the audience all financial relationships with any commercial supporters of this activity as well as with other commercial interests whose lines of business are related to the CME/CE-certified content of this activity. In addition, presenters will disclose unlabeled/unapproved uses of drugs or devices discussed in their presentations. Such disclosures will be made in writing in course presentation materials.

To successfully complete this activity, learners must fully participate in the sessions. In addition, learners must provide feedback that will be used for evaluative and outcomes measurement purposes. Learners will check-in onsite for attendance verification purposes and will be required to provide evaluative feedback before CME/CE credit can be claimed.

 

There is no fee for continuing education credits for this activity.

You have two ways to complete your conference evaluation and claim your CME/CE credits for the conference, pre-conference symposia and/or nursing symposium:
  1. Onsite, stop by the Communication Center, which is located in [TBA].
  2. Visit learn.heart.org from any computer with internet connection. (Please download complete instructions here.)
For both options:
  • Sign in with your Professional Education Center user name and password at learn.heart.org. If you do not have an account, please create one.
  • Find the courses that you attended under the "Course Catalog" tab and select to enroll.
  • Complete the evaluation and claim your credit.

You are strongly encouraged to claim your CME/CE credit within 30 days of the conference.
