Innovative Science Summaries
Multi-disciplinary Teams
Since 2014, the American Heart Association has funded multi-disciplinary teams to further innovation in specific areas of science. Referred to as Strategic Networks, each is comprised of three to six multi-disciplinary teams from different institutions, working on multiple projects in the area of focus. Upon completion of the funding, reports are generated summarizing the innovative work and discoveries of these collaborations.
