Profile and Application

The first time you sign in to the Mentor Match Tool, you will be prompted to complete two tasks before being matched:

Profile

The profile gathers details about your job classification, specialty, education, and certifications. It allows you to upload a resume, set a mentoring goal, and include a personal statement—giving you space to share your background, goals, and what you can offer or seek in a mentorship.

Application

In the Mentoring Application, members choose to be a Mentor, Mentee, or Both. Each role has 5 questions used for matching. After completing the application(s), click Submit. You can update your answers anytime to receive new matches.
