- A registrant must be an active member of American Heart Association at registration, and their membership must be paid through the time of the meeting to qualify for the discounted member registration rates.

Invitation letters will be available only AFTER your registration has been confirmed. You can submit this letter with your visa application to verify names, dates, location, and purpose of the event. The following documents will be generated through the registration process and be available in the Registration Resource Center:
- Official Letter of Invitation for Meeting Attendees - This letter will be generated only after your registration has been confirmed. You can submit this letter with your visa application to verify the name, dates, location, and purpose of the event.
- Registration Confirmation - Once you have registered for the meeting, you will receive an e-mail confirmation that you can refer to during your visa interview.
Childcare Stipend
Defray costs of at-home care for children or adults
The Daycare Stipend is for qualified individuals registered for the Vascular Discovery 2026 Scientific Sessions to defray caregiving costs (for school-aged and younger children, older adults, or other caregiving responsibilities) while attending the conference May 13–16, 2026 in Bellvue, Washington.
The goal is to help support individuals with caregiving expenses and allow them to fully take part in the conference. All stipends will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. Qualified applicants will receive a stipend in the amount of $200.
The deadline to apply is May 1, 2026.
To Qualify:
Applicant must be registered for the Vascular Discovery 2026 conference before applying. (You will need your badge number which can be found on your registration confirmation email from [email protected].
Application Instructions:
- Register for the Vascular Discovery 2026 conference.
- Fill out the online application (link above)
- Stipends will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis for applicants who meet qualification criteria.
- Applications that do not include all the required information will not be considered.
The deadline to apply is May 1, 2026.
NOTE: Stipend payments will be processed after the conference. You will be required to provide your W-9 and direct deposit form as part of the payment process.
