BCVS 2026 Daycare Stipend
Defray costs of at-home care for children or adults
The Daycare Stipend is for qualified individuals registered for the Basic Cardiovascular Sciences (BCVS) 2026 conference to defray at-home caregiving costs (for school-aged and younger children, older adults, or other caregiving responsibilities) while attending the conference July 13-16, 2026, in Boston, Massachusetts.
The goal is to help support individuals with caregiving expenses and allow them to fully take part in the conference. All awards will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. Qualified applicants will receive a stipend in the amount of $200.
Deadline to apply is May 31, 2026.
To Qualify:
- Applicant must be registered for the #BCVS26 conference before applying. (You will need your badge number which can be found on your registration confirmation from [email protected]).
Application Instructions:
- Register for the BCVS 2026 conference.
- Fill out the online application (link above)
- Stipends will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis for applicants who meet qualification criteria.
- Applications that do not include all the required information will not be considered.
- The deadline to apply is May 31, 2026.
NOTE: Stipend payments will be processed after the conference. You will be required to provide your W-9 and direct deposit form as part of the payment process.
