Basic Cardiovascular Sciences 2020 Scientific Conferences

Reporters, writers, producers or editors with credentials from a newspaper, magazine, online news service, radio or TV network or station, wire service and syndicate may register to attend the Basic Cardiovascular Sciences Scientific Sessions. Media interested in attending should contact the Corporate and Media Communications office at (214) 706-1396 or visit the newsroom website.
Full payment must be received with your registration form. Make checks payable to the American Heart Association or charge your registration to American Express, Discover, VISA or MasterCard. Registrations without complete payment will not be processed. Wire transfers and purchase orders are not accepted.
Registrants will receive written confirmation/receipt of registration via e-mail.
The Basic Cardiovascular Sciences Scientific Sessions 2020, scheduled from July 27-30, 2020 will now be held as a virtual event. All registrants will automatically be refunded the difference between the in-person registration price and the virtual registration price. Convention Data Services will email the updated confirmation and receipt by Friday, April 10, 2020.

Kindly request a full refund via email to Convention Data Services by July 8, 2020. Cancellation requests received at Convention Data Services by July 8, 2020 will be processed including a $25 administrative fee.
