We would like to invite you to participate in the review of the draft version of the 2026 AHA/ACC Clinical Performance and Quality Measures for Patients With Atrial Fibrillation. This document aims to present updated and new measures to evaluate the care of patients with atrial fibrillation (AF) in accordance with the 2023 ACC/AHA/ACCP/HRS Guideline for the Diagnosis and Management of Atrial Fibrillation. This document also helps accomplish ACC and AHA's mission of fostering optimal cardiovascular care and disease prevention, and the AHA’s mission of being a relentless force for a world of longer, healthier lives.
