Suzanne Roske is the Founder and CEO of Vamonos Executive Coaching LLC. She works with leaders, emerging leaders, and teams across a variety of industries, including healthcare, technology, pharma & life science, finance, aerospace & defense, among others, to elevate their leadership skills and unlock their full potential.

Suzanne is the author of I'm Supposed to Be Doing This: An Adult Gap Year, which is her memoir of experiencing severe burnout as a corporate executive, moving her family to Mexico for an adult gap year, and the lessons she had to unlearn and relearn to figure out what she is supposed to be doing.

Prior to launching Vamonos, Suzanne was a partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP where she spent over 25 years helping C-suite executives at Fortune 500 companies navigate transition and transformation across their business landscape.

Suzanne is a certified executive coach through the Hudson Coaching Institute, a Certified Public Accountant, received her B.A. in accounting from Syracuse University, and is certified in Human Centered Design and Design Thinking from The Johns Hopkins University and IDEO.

Suzanne is a taco and mezcal enthusiast. She loves traveling to new places and immersing herself in new cultures. She lives in Arlington, Virginia with her husband and three children, but a piece of her heart lives in Oaxaca, Mexico.
