Remembering Dr. Eugene Braunwald
Eugene Braunwald, widely known as the father of modern cardiology, has died at age 96. In honor of Dr. Braunwald’s extraordinary impact, the American Heart Association is establishing a memorial fund to support cardiovascular research and ensure his legacy continues to change lives.
