Invited speakers, moderators or abstract presenters

ISC programming staff will reach out to you individually to find out if you are still able to attend.

Invited speakers or moderators:

  • Staff will find replacements, as necessary.
  • Because invited speakers/moderators receive complimentary registration, there will be no refunds.

Abstract presenters:

  • If you are no longer able to travel, please invite a co-author to present in your place and notify ISC programming staff.
  • If that is not feasible, unless you elect to withdraw your abstract, it will be included in the Stroke journal and listed in ISC programming. Poster abstracts can also be submitted for ePoster presentation. This will still allow for dissemination of your science.
  • If you wish to withdraw your abstract, please contact Yvette.ballantyne@heart.org and it will be removed from the Stroke journal and ISC programming sites. This must be done no later than Friday, February 7, 2020, 16.00 GMT (11:00 am US eastern time).
