Arteriosclerosis, Thrombosis and Vascular Biology (ATVB)
Mentee Application Form

Thank you for your interest in participating in the Council Arteriosclerosis, Thrombosis and Vascular Biology (ATVB) Mentoring Program. The ATVB Mentoring Program focuses on reaching out to early career healthcare professionals who are members of the ATVB Council.  The ATVB Council is committed to advancing the careers of all early career members, and encourages applications from women and members of minority groups underrepresented in the sciences.

The Council on Arteriosclerosis, Thrombosis and Vascular Biology (ATVB) will help to match each mentee by area of interest with a mentor from a pool of volunteers. The selected mentor will receive information about their assigned mentee and will contact them by e-mail.

The program features an opportunity to meet via email, where the mentor will:

  • Welcome the mentee
  • Orient them to the ATVB Council/meetings
  • Introduce them to leaders in their field when opportunities arise
  • Provide them with information and resources that will be helpful to their professional career

Please complete the application form in full, upload a copy of your up-to-date curriculum vitae including publications, a head and shoulder photograph, and submit online.
