What is WCC 2016?

The World Congress of Cardiology & Cardiovascular Health (WCC) 2016 is the official congress of the World Heart Federation. Every two years, international experts come together to share the latest developments in cardiovascular science and discuss unique gaps and approaches to the treatment and prevention of cardiovascular disease in cultures around the world.

The theme for the 2016 Congress was "state-of-the-art" cardiology, highlighting important targets to build healthier lives free of cardiovascular disease and stroke.
